Dr Ashley Alford is a reconstructive urologist and genital gender-affirming surgeon. She completed her residency training in urology at University of Minnesota and went on to a fellowship in gender-affirming genital surgery and urologic reconstruction at New York University with Dr Lee Zhao and Dr Rachel Bluebond-Langner.

Dr. Alford specializes in robotic reconstruction of the urinary tract as well as various scrotal and penile procedures. With a special interest in feminizing bottom surgery, Dr Alford offers robotic peritoneal flap vaginoplasty (both primary and revision), orchiectomy, and vulvoplasty. She is also able to perform non-binary variations of bottom surgery.

She is currently located in central Massachusetts.
